We act solely as a travel advisor/planner and booking agent. We do not own, operate, or control airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, or other third-party suppliers.

 

2. Travel Risks

All travel involves risk. We are not liable for personal injury, illness, death, property damage, delays, cancellations, or other issues resulting from suppliers or circumstances outside our control (including strikes, weather, acts of God, pandemics, or government restrictions).

 

3. Supplier Changes

Itineraries, schedules, pricing, and services are subject to change by suppliers. We are not responsible for such changes, though we will support clients in resolving issues where possible.

 

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee the completeness or reliability of supplier details or travel information.

 

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents, verifying details provided to us, and complying with supplier and governmental requirements.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hearth & Compass, LLC disclaims liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers or unforeseen circumstances.
